HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

We offer free shipping on all* orders above 200 EUR. Please check the country list below for more information. Packages will arrive to your door or at a pick up location via GLS or UPS. 

*Free shipping is not available for Australia and New Zealand. For eligibility to free or domestic shipping rates, orders should be placed through the Australian website.

 

ARE CUSTOM TAXES APPLICABLE WHEN SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM? 

There might be additional custom taxes to pay when your order arrives.
Please note that shipping to the UK is temporarily unavailable.

 

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?

We want you to have your new SUMMERY Copenhagen as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed. (During high intensity periods it can take 2-4 days before your order is shipped) 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE? 

Delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please check the country list below for more information. 


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48hours for the first scan to appear, so please be do not be alarmed if your package isn't immediately "in transit".   
 
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you'll love your order, but if it isn't quite right, simply contact our team at support@summerycopenhagen.com to start a return, our team will assist you. 
We kindly inform you that shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause. 


WHAT ABOUT TAXES AND DUTIES?
 
We offer a duty paid shipping option for orders to the United Kingdom. This means that there will be no additional custom taxes to pay when your order arrives.
Please note that orders outside EU may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country of delivery.

If you require further information regarding import duty and taxes, please contact your local authority for information and guidance. To comply with European export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
