HOW TO ORDER A PREPAID LABEL
- Enter your email and full order no. (example: 9999DK) to access returns portal.
- Order a prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at the nearest GLS or UPS drop-off point.

If you are shipping a package from the UK, attach 3 copies of the invoice* in a clear envelope on the outside of your package.
*Use the invoice you received with the parcel.
