We accept return items within 30 days
, starting with the day that you receive item(s).

 

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We no longer offer exchanges for different sizes or colours. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item quickly and efficiently. For details on returning items, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.

If you receive a defective item, we will offer a complimentary replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.


    WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

    Returning Items for a Refund:

    • Items must be returned unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and with the original tags attached.
    • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • Once SUMMERY Copenhagen receives and inspects your returned parcel, we will process your refund. This typically takes between 7 and 14 days, depending on the country from which you are shipping.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
    • Our customer service team will send you an email confirmation once we have received your return and processed your refund.

      HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND?

      If you've purchased from Denmark, Germany, Ireland, UK, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, order a prepaid return label via our RETURNS PORTAL.

      Order prepaid return label:

      • Visit our RETURNS PORTAL.
      • Order a prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at the nearest GLS or UPS drop-off point.
      • If you are shipping a package from the UK, attach 3 copies of the invoice* in a clear envelope on the outside of your package.

      *Use the invoice you received with the parcel.

       

      OTHER COUNTRIES WITHIN THE E.U.

      If your purchase is from any other country within the European Union, send it via postal service with tracking to our return address. Please note, SUMMERY Copenhagen doesn't cover return shipping costs.

      FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE E.U. (except U.S.A.)

      If you've purchased from
      outside the European Union please send the parcel back to our warehouse using a courier package service provider. Please note, that the cost to ship a parcel back is not covered by SUMMERY Copenhagen.

      • Please send your returns through a courier service with tracking to the return address, and mark your package as 'E-COMMERCE RETURN. NO DUTY PAYABLE.'
      • For all international returns, it is necessary to attach the original invoice in a clear envelope on the outside of your package.

      FOR UNITED STATES

      You have an option to send the parcel back to our partner warehouse in Carrollton using a courier package service provider to avoid international shipping fees. Please note, that the cost to ship a parcel back is not covered by SUMMERY Copenhagen.

      • Please send your returns through a courier service with tracking to the return address.
      • Don't forget to include your order number and full name.

      We only accept returns sent directly to our return address. We don't accept returns at parcel shops, pick-up locations, or other addresses. We also don't accept in-person returns at our address. If your return is mislabelled or requires a signature and ends up at a parcel shop, we can't retrieve it, and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
