Exchanges & Returns

We hope you'll be delighted with your order. However, if it's not quite what you were expecting, just follow our return guide for a smooth refund or exchange. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team at support@summerycopenhagen.com for further assistance.

We accept exchange and return items within 30 days
, starting with the day that you receive item(s).

 

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Exchanging Purchased Items for a Different Size, Colour, or Style:

  • You can exchange items if they are unused, in the same condition you received them, and have their original tags attached.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We will ship the exchanged items to you after we receive and inspect the items you send back.
  • There will be no shipping charges for the items we send to you as part of the exchange.
  • If the items you request for exchange are out of stock, SUMMERY Copenhagen will provide a refund for the original purchase amount.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Returning Items for a Refund:

  • Items must be returned unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and with the original tags attached.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Once SUMMERY Copenhagen receives and inspects your returned parcel, we will process your refund. This typically takes between 7 and 14 days, depending on the country from which you are shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Our customer service team will send you an email confirmation once we have received your return and processed your refund.

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

    If you've purchased from Denmark, Germany, Ireland, UK, Sweden, Spain, Belgium or Austria, order a prepaid return label via our RETURNS PORTAL.

    Order prepaid return label:

    • Visit our RETURNS PORTAL.
    • Order a prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at the nearest GLS or UPS drop-off point.
    • If you are shipping a package from the UK, attach 3 copies of the invoice* in a clear envelope on the outside of your package.

    *Use the invoice you received with the parcel.

     

    OTHER COUNTRIES WITHIN THE E.U.

    If your purchase is from any other country within the European Union, send it via postal service with tracking to our return address. Please note, SUMMERY Copenhagen doesn't cover return shipping costs.

    FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE E.U.

    If you've purchased from
    outside the European Union please send the parcel back to our warehouse using a courier package service provider. Please note, that the cost to ship a parcel back is not covered by SUMMERY Copenhagen.

    • Please send your returns through a courier service with tracking to the return address, and mark your package as 'E-COMMERCE RETURN. NO DUTY PAYABLE.'
    • For all international returns, it is necessary to attach the original invoice in a clear envelope on the outside of your package.

    We only accept returns sent directly to our return address. We don't accept returns at parcel shops, pick-up locations, or other addresses. We also don't accept in-person returns at our address. If your return is mislabelled or requires a signature and ends up at a parcel shop, we can't retrieve it, and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
