Exchanges & Returns International
We accept exchange and return items within 30 days, starting with the day that you receive item(s).
Please note: if your order is within Europe please order a prepaid return shipping label on our RUTURNS EU portal.
If your order is outside of Europe we kindly inform you that shipping costs for returning and exchanging items are at your own expense. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
We hope you'll love your order, but if it isn't quite right, simply contact our team at email@example.com to start a return, our team will assist you.
Note: Due to the current COVID pandemic, exchange, and return parcels are accepted for a longer period of time. Please ensure and have visual proof that your parcel was sent back to us within the 30 days since you have received the item(s).
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Exchanging purchased items for a different size, color, or style:
- Exchange is possible if the purchased items are unused, in the same condition as received, and with tags attached.
Please note, that the cost to ship a parcel back in order to exchange an item is not covered by SUMMERY Copenhagen.
- Exchange items are shipped after we receive and review your sent items.
- Exchanged items are shipped to you free of charge.
- If the requested exchange items are out of stock SUMMERY Copenhagen will refund you for the original purchase amount.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returning items for a monetary refund:
- Items can be returned within 30 days, starting with the day that you receive your item.
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Your refund will be issued after SUMMERY Copenhagen receive and review the return parcel. Usually this takes between 10 and 15 days depending in the country that you ship from.
- The original payment method is used for purchase refund
- SUMMERY Copenhagen's customer service team will notify you per email once we have received your item and refunded you.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange. (Please consider re-using the original packaging)
In the parcel include an invoice, a packaging slip or a written note stating SUMMERY Copenhagen, your full name and order number.
Clearly list SUMMERY Copenhagen's warehouse return address:

Send the parcel back to SUMMERY Copenhagen by using your local package service provider
Once we receive the items you wish to exchange, we will make sure to send you the new items. If you wish to return an item, we will refund you once we have received the item you wish to return.
We only accept returns shipped directly to:

We do not accept returns delivered to a parcel shop, to a pick up location or other locations that are not the above address, nor do we accept in person returns at the above address.
