If your purchase is from any other country within the European Union, send it via postal service with tracking to our return address. Please note, SUMMERY Copenhagen doesn't cover return shipping costs.

If you've purchased from outside the European Union please send the parcel back to our warehouse using a courier package service provider. Please note, that the cost to ship a parcel back is not covered by SUMMERY Copenhagen.

We only accept returns sent directly to our return address. We don't accept returns at parcel shops, pick-up locations, or other addresses. We also don't accept in-person returns at our address. If your return is mislabelled or requires a signature and ends up at a parcel shop, we can't retrieve it, and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
