Terms and conditions for the use of www.summerycopenhagen.com.
Counterfeit garments pose a significant risk when obtained from alternative sources, particularly when offered at unusually low prices. We have identified several deceptive websites operating online, fraudulently utilizing our brand imagery to sell merchandise, while having no genuine intention of fulfilling orders. Our primary motivation is to safeguard our clients from falling victim to scams and inadvertently acquiring counterfeit products. Additionally, we are dedicated to preserving the hard work and craftsmanship of the numerous individuals involved in creating the exceptional experience that embodies SUMMERY Copenhagen.

- Right of withdrawal
As a customer being a consumer, you are entitled to, within 14 days after physical receipt of the goods purchased at www.summerycopenhagen-au.com, withdraw from the purchase without further reasons.
Pursuant to the Danish Act on Consumer Agreements (in Danish, Forbrugeraftaleloven), a consumer is entitled to receive certain information about the right to withdraw from the purchase. These details will follow from these Terms & Conditions.
When the customer uses his or her right to withdraw from the purchase, the return of goods must be sent back to SUMMERY Copenhagen within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any duties incurred, unless the item received was faulty. In the case of a faulty item, SUMMERY Copenhagen will cover the return shipping and any associated duties. If the customer chooses to use a return shipping method provided by SUMMERY Copenhagen, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the final refund.
The customer will receive the purchase price refunded as soon as possible and within 14 days after notification of withdrawal has been made, provided that SUMMERY Copenhagen has had the opportunity to examine the returned goods. Receipt must provide the basis of this right. However, no refund shall be payable until SUMMERY Copenhagen has received and inspected the returned goods.
The right to withdraw does not apply if the customer has used the goods in a way beyond what is normally allowed in a physical store and it is clear that the goods have a reduced sales value after the use. Basically, the reduced sales value is determined by the price that SUMMERY Copenhagen is able to sell the goods in their condition upon return. If there is no demand for the products the value is modest and in some cases of no value. Otherwise, the customer is entitled to return used goods.
Pursuant to section 18(2)(3) of the Danish Act on Consumer Agreements, the right to withdraw does not apply to the purchase of goods, where the goods have been tailored to the customer’s individual needs and specifications (e.g. products produced in accordance with customers' specification).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to other customers than consumers defined as a physical person acting on his or her own behalf outside his or her profession. The notice of withdrawal must be an unequivocal statement sent to:
